All investments have a degree of risk. As a committee we endeavour to minimise this. However, these investments are safer than most. There are currently over 150 community owned pubs in the UK. You are not investing in the business. The tenant takes the business risk. Your investment is in the bricks and mortar of the building itself and the land associated with it.
